2008 Allegiance Bowl

Join us October 4th in Saratoga Springs, NY to watch the Big Red take on Navy in the 2008 Allegiance Bowl. We will be tailgating before the game. Details TBD.

League Website

Sunil Gupta '02 and Brian West '97 have launched a new league website as a great first step toward expanding the league and getting more students interest in our sport. To recognize their effort, the have both been awarded the first annual Bill Fuerst Award to recognize outstanding support of our program. Great job guys.

All of the team photos available have been scanned in. Getting them all posted with the names is going to be a BIG chore, so please be patient.

Expect some major changes to the way Terry keeps track of everybody in the coming weeks. We are going to be taking his database to the internet so we can start getting our alumni in better contact with the reps, get the networking working 24/7 and make sure Terry can track you and your checkbook down.

It looked like the light at the end of the tunnel might be the proverbial locomotive. Last year we made our budget but it was close. This year with a large number of supporters still out of work, underemployed or forced into early retirement and the 401K's, stock options etc. all still getting killed it seemed a tight year would follow. Wrong. Over 500 donations to the program were received, we met our budget figure and covered all expenses. A remarkable accomplishment.
